Would be due to the takeover offer for a-cap.
If our price is higher at the time of the deal being done we pay more.
If we are 30c when the deal is done we pay 50% more for A-cap rather than if the price at settlement was 20c.
So it's better we remain around 20c. Bummer but that's the way I see it.
Someone (institutional investors/funds) are capping it.
