The dairy farm operators if they were running the farm personally I highly doubt they would have made the switch to the "con organic market".
They still have to run it to the boards direction to some degree . It was the company boards decision to change the direction of the company many times before they even completed any of the directions end targets and changed again and again. That is definitely not the day to day farm operators decision .
The whole board and company structure and associated fees and share holdings has skewed the whole company at the mercy of the board. Shareholders are powerless to vote out the board. It's a no win game.
