You were right about KNL not wanting to seek the GOV assistance with the RAP, I found this part interesting,
"The relocation and action planning is being undertaken to standards set by the International Finance Corporation, which exceed the requirements of the Tanzanian government, and if required as a condition precedent to project debt funding." page 22 of Ann
Have you looked into this ? or know of other companies who have used this process ?
