The Company is aware of its obligations with regard to
compensation and relocation and is undertaking due process through the development of a Relocation Action Plan. A court
hearing scheduled for 25 August 2016 was adjourned until November 2016 where it will be determined whether the claimants
have standing to proceed with the action.
