I don't accept that auditors can make or even suggest to Directors that this statement is made - the auditors are still going to point out the section on 'Going Concern' as they have in their audit report on pg95 'Material uncertainty relating to going concern'.
I also hope it is later than sooner but the statement in itself creates uncertainty for shareholders going forward.
