Welcome to TYR, agree with your opinion that news is unlikely to have impact on share price. TYR is a highly regulated and audited business areas, its business performance and customer service are the important factors for share price. I have not seen any issue related regulation either (appears to be one interpretation from the Jost Stollmann related news article).
Corrections/ my opinion where it differs just in case it helps
1. Revenue is not nil in 2019. It increased 11% from 189m to 210m (should have increased more but impacted by current situation). Their usual growth rate for transaction volumes is between 20% and 30% per year. If all the lockdowns are over, i believe we can expect the similar growth returning back. In addition they seem intent on leveraging banking services with their merchant base.
2. Risk of interest cover - where did you read? they have cash from IPO and their customer deposit base is very low (since their bank accounts are available just for their merchants from what i read). Please correct me if i mis-understood your question.
3. Some anecdotal evidence that TYR does not charge device rentals in many cases and instead focuses on surcharge (cut of transactions). I could be wrong.
