Probably terms that are subject to Due Diligence and would fail it. I reckon presented months ago so technically its not a false statement but are they borderline misrepresenting? The balance sheet is a bit sick with all the trade payables so not surprised they had to raise. Really skirting the edges of solvency in the next few quarters.
