merchant subscriptions down from $361k to $91k very concerning.....essentially the original business model doesn't work
$9.14M from growth services of which $8.99 from brothers company which goes straight back to that company....essentially the 2 brothers now own that company - smells a bit!
and this is all over a year ago only coming out now...
