Have a question for others who may be skilled in this area. If it came to a position where compensation money was paid to NuCoal for Distribution to selected shareholders ONLY then would that not be in breach of the corporations act. In other words, Nucoal directors have an obligation to ALL shareholders and not just selected shareholders. Just my opinion but interested in any views on this.
