There is a section within the report that looks at different cohorts that could be compensated. The Committee didn't want directors to benefit so unless the Government ignores there seems to be no direct compensation to the company rather other shareholders. I personally think they bulked at the independent arbitrator as they knew it would create unlimited exposure and a rebuke of NSW Parliament decision.
