They must immediately disclose any information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price. So if it’s price sensitive which it will be then they have a reasonable amount of time to release it or go into a trading halt until they can. I wouldn’t call 5 days reasonable. Would seem as though you don’t understand common sense.
