just bear in mind that the AKK Corporate Office are doubling as drilling roustabouts and not reading / supplying much to the AR. It is reliant on Auditors to minimise errors and not likely to provide much.

As regards the efforts of management - they are out there drilling on the rig for 50 hours a week! - to me that is 100% commitment to the business and way beyond what the usual commitment of the professional classes - C'MON!
