I think it will take about a year to get cash flow positive provided that spending is reeled in and useless staff are cut.
It should be very clear to management that another capital raise will not be well received by investors, and that they should pursue alternatives such as taking out a bank loan.
The words 'we are in a strong financial position' really grates me as an investor on paper losses.
These issues are best formally addressed to the company at the AGM instead of on HC.
