well Ruff - what is your sense of it now - i have been sitting on the sidelines for so long thinking about getting in but have not yet - so i have missed out on being frustrated, but it does still seem ATS's ground is all too hard for a new JV partner??? - see Exon new deal etc etc so action happening - oil price up - if it does not happen this year well i would conclude it is a failed project - if i am to get in i am going to have to forfeit 2-3c in the sp jumping on a JV ann becuase i just cannot see the forrest for the trees atm
