    just see annual report closely there is mention of HongKong revenue bookIng on balance sheet. so far registered office was in HongKong. you your self mention development happened in HK then outsourcing in Ukraine and then to Lateral or whatever was the sequence. good newS IS Key Idea holdIngS are no longer there.
