    I've seen this happen numerous times before.
    Difference being the stock was waiting on a decision or update that had been pending for some time only to see the SP rerate.
    It's not going to happen here. There's nothing worth the rerate here.
    Torrens verdict didn't result in anything.

    All IMO.
