There avg is Multiples of what the price is now.
If a hedge fund had a bad track record, would you look to them for advice? No, same applies with Tattersfield. You would actually do opposite if you wanted a reliable indicator.
As for the Mining license do you foresee any issues with it being granted with SA Gov who are pro mining?
Do some research, Carpateena was sold for over 300 million over a decade ago. It was owned by explorers with FA cash. The SA Gov gave them half a brick for drilling resulting in the sale.
