In reality they did two RS. One for 2000 to 1 and the other one for 200!
I have been trading stocks in asx for the last 30 years. Never seen directors who destroy wealth as quick as these guys! I really doubt if they can raise more than 15% of what they are asking.
They keep billing the company for their services and issuing shares.
