    *Companies have issued 459E Statutory demands against them with the Courts, to claim $60k in unpaid debts
    *Serious concerns about the cash for Dohertys ever being paid - may even have to pay back the $1.1m!!!

    Yeah sure I'll be interested in buying some of those 100,000,000 shares they HOPE to sell in the next 3 months - NOT!!!

    3 months and this baby will be delisted is my guess - the death spiral is tightening...
