Last AGM Sheldon had to pay for 2 security guards to accompany him to the meeting. Every time he asked a question he was shouted down by 3-5 black t-shirted tattooed thugs sitting at the back of the room clearly organized by the Doutch clan as a form of intimidation. The Chairman who was a Doutch appointee refused to give answers, proxy's were refused or "lost" even if they were sent to the Registry, we missed out on a 2nd strike due to all the shares issued to family members and companies. It was a disgrace and how ASIC can stand by and allow this to happen is beyond me. Whilst Sheldon got a Court Order to inspect the books do you think the Doutches will actually co-operate!!! I bet they don't provide a thing or at the least fail to co-operate!! Good on Sheldon for standing up for his rights. 2 years ago he was forced to vote with them else he wouldn't have been paid his $100k owed for work done! That smells of blackmail to me!!
