Like everyone else, the options should lapse, there is a very low chance our share price will be 45c by Nov next year, one can only dream...we will be very lucky if we are 20c by then! The options should be made as high as possible, otherwise what is his incentive to make the company profitable for shareholders? I'm sure he personally holds a heap of shares, if not, why not!
