    Now that Carnegie have indicated that suppliers have been engaged I'd say all suppliers (and their related components) will be announced well before Christmas. I'd imagine the same suppliers that built CETO 5 will be engaged.

    One question I have is:

    How can Carnegie use the Desal plant from CETO 5 for CETO 6 if all components were written off and never to be used again?
