Its certainly worth more than cash backing Teedes.
Shells have value of their own which also varies depending on the structure, cash on hand, directors/deal makers' track record (and Middlemas and Behets command a massive premium), and shares on issue. Look into Cicero or Otsana shells just to give yourself a clear picture ( they may trade at around double cash backing for a long time before accelerating variably before an acquisition to many, many multiples thereof).
