    It sounds like 20% of the capital borrowed... Kind of a security clause to pro rata the lenders fee in line with the level of borrowings.

    Still, clauses like this are only ever approved to insiders and mates and in my experience smell like the rotting flesh of desperation..

    Just proves how I allowed myself to jump into this without any thought and tried to ride the bubble..
