No this is ugly, it always was going to be, it is what it is and now it’s time to give the new directors space to either bring it back to life or bury it deep, the good thing is it has exposed a director and IMHO opened the can of worms for him, only way is forward now, the HHC will still be here and the UHC will be as well, nothing will change until the next announcement or 2
