It tends to show how much 'hard work' was going on, with a total of 2 BOD meetings for the year.
They were so busy they didn't have time for those meetings. I wonder what the companies constitution states about frequency of BOD meetings. The board charter from the Windmar web page states the following (p3)...
"The Board will meet approximately 10 times a year but no less than four times per year."
I suppose these types of things are more like guidelines instead of rules to this mob.
