1) in June 2024- we issued an annual report for the year ending 30 June 2023
2) we had no formal governance through the period - 0 meetings required for the board to attend (and we wonder why we have ended up where we are now)
3) Our strategy was- "hope one of these other interested parties invests in some kind of research sufficiently for us to stumble on something that we can commercialise - because we can't decide a strategic direction - we'll just keep jumping from one focus to the next and hoping something comes up"
