They are still saying this, which is pretty much what they said in their August 28 presentation :

'The Company is also completing a project completion plan for Sinopec which details the time lines to mechanical completion alongside the schedule of payments. The directors of KALiNA are particularly encouraged with the Company’s direct engagement through A&W with Sinopec, which had previously been conducted through third parties. Working together with Sinopec the Company is confident that the Hainan project can be completed in 2016'.

Are we to infer from these comments that no real progress has occurred on this project completion / payment plan and therefore is it realistic to think that it will still be completed this year or are they just being lazy and re-hashing the same comments ?
