I'm not saying that home use is not out of the question but, I would suggest that it would only be allowed in tightly controlled circumstances, and for select patients. Yes I am a holder, yet I do not believe the non addictive line...most things in life are addictive; food, alcohol, cigarettes, panadol, ibuprofen, gambling, and indeed, the share market.
As my learned poster above suggested, penthrox is "really good sh it", and thus, I would suggest addictive and open for abuse.
