Ajostu I just posted as I had missed the report but i think they are delaying the AGM as they could be working on a deal and don't want to announce until something has been finalised eg so they can discuss at the AGM) Sounds like they are telling the market exactly what they need to and no more. It sort of makes sense if the TBI P11 results are strong it could be a major game changer.
