Hi Swerner, during April this year I met a director of Norwood at a roadshow.He said that everyone was amazed by the hours PO worked.They were often telling him to slow down.So there is no lack of passion for the job,from the ceo. On the other hand ,one could say it is also important to work smart.Only yesterday I saw an interview with John Singleton who has made a fortune from advertising ,among other things.He was asked what his secret was.He said he was an inherently lazy person and always got smarter people than him to run his businesses.
