Correct oxxa, that will take the urgency off, together with oppies conversions as others have reminded me. The question then is whether new holders will want to take a quick profit now or wait it out.

That now gives me 2.597 billion shares for a SP of 1.15 cents/sh, following my previous workings. The shares issued could come down depending on the no. of options converted, which of course will raise the SP a little. My range is now 1.15 to 1.45 cps (no options converted-unlikely).
