If you really think about it there has had to be engagement with the council, bob Katter, the open meeting they had with farm owners and other interested community stakeholders, dept minerals, people doing the environmental assessments etcetera. The only thing that concerns me about the expense on travel is I doubt they've done any road shows to China to drum up business for samples based on it only being $120k.
