Opportunity cost is a big issue here. The longer they take to complete this transaction, the longer we all sit on the sidelines whilst plenty of other stocks are making very solid gains.
We need to be well rewarded with a very positive outcome for shareholders to justify the time taken to get to this point.
Holding tight - but its difficult to watch plenty of other watch list stocks surge ahead whilst we sit and wait!!
