Does your interpretation of the performance bonus imply he gets it based on just forecasted revenues or demonstrated actual revenues. Performance is a measurable of past activity levels and not future projections as no performance has occurred to measure if future projections is the basis of the measure.
This can lead to the risk of puffery in the triggering public announcements if that is the case and that will not drive performance but may engender a conflict of interest in the formation of projected revenues.
I would like clarity on that point.
