my impression is it could be anything, they can make the call anytime, essentially allowing the CEO to eat bonus as soon as they can say, hey we've made a deal and we forecast the revenue to be 10m after 12 months, let's get me a bonus of 150k.
The next deal is signed the CEO will repeat himself.
Not good at all. clarity is definitely required.
