yeah, i cant be like a divan deal, where the forecast up front is great, but then you encounter speed humps along the way. Not saying these cant be over come, but as we are dealing with emerging markets, there are going to be exectution issues to wade through.
i reckon, it ought to be after operational milestones are acheived in such a deal. but still only on deals with such forecast significance.
