i agree WP - I'd prefer to see my stake diluted for the benefit of keeping Tz assets. If they sell Tz i will walk away because at that point the enterprise value of Key all but evaporates, IMO.
At the end of the day, I dont really care too much for the other assets - my investment was always based on monetarising Tz assets, not various small investments around the globe. I would of bought other stocks if I knew they would head down this road.
Perhaps Tz is just in the 'too hard' basket for Key's management? cannot be bothered dealing with it anymore? Their decision making seems all booty-about...
