Read my comments on RCP thread. That should throw some light on things.
To answer your question directly, Vuleta is supposedly CFO and was there at the time the La Jolla did that deal. THus he is a fool, incompetent or both and should go.
Nigel is still rather fresh to the fold and I hope is certainly more assertive than his predecessors. Time will his judge.
