What does conservative means? Sitting on its hands not looking for new business thus no need to invest in more staff/equipment just in case a 'down turn' requires the business to de-leverage its human/equipment resource?
The SP can only fall and in this doom investor sentiment don't expect capital appreciation. You may get regular and reliable dividends but it is coming out of 'cutting to the bone' expenses in order to achieve that. Hence I have cleared all my position since the previous dividend announcement. Made decent money and got a 'risk free' return in a fixed deposit instead.
