I would like to see all directors / board members employees remuneration packages include shares,,, not so much ''bonus'' shares as much as performance incentive shares,, based on a vwap premium projection as opposed to a vwap discount,,, that would be an incentive to perform,,,, similar to car floggers who are paid a retainer,, plus a commission linked to sales performance
Ideally,, there will be a CSI based ''executive'' director as the board can afford to grow relative to milestones and real sealed deals. ( Congrats PB Cats played an awesome game )
