Sure you have a point, and I hope you are right, but the way I see it TDX did the terminating so Bayer may have a claim even if TDX thought terminating was reasonable. With TDX's track record who knows ?? Hope someone from the forum makes the AGM as I'm in another state and at this stage dont see the value in going !!
