I don't think management has been optimistic in their timing of a farm-in. The have been consistent in forshadowing it happening during calendar year 2012. I think it's more likely to be in the second half of the year given the timing of recent prospects announcements and there being a few interested parties. A JV by May/June would be an unexpected bonus. My advice - sit back and slowly accumulate.
