5 cents is the management option price I think, this share doesn't seem to go anywhere. I can't get to grips with the overall strategy, the company appears to have many potential company makers but does the company have the skills on tap to realise sh value in the medium term. There is a very substantial uk shareholder but does he have a track record in mining etc?
