Shareholders have an opportunity come the AGM to vote against the remuneration of the board.
Apart from this insane payment of a bonus to the CEO and the absolutely sky high wage, he has also filled a number of additional positions that the company really do not need at this stage of their life cycle.
Shareholders need to bring the management to account for this...and they can.
How many more cap raisings needed just to meet executives pays over next 18 months?
