Good questions Moorookamick, I think the share price indicates the market has no confidence in company management and its dominance by major shareholders.
Regarding Rizhao settlement seems they are doing their best to get out of it, P25 annual report:
Rizhao advised that it considered Mount Gibson to be in material breach of the Koolan Island agreement by not complying with a proposed annual shipping schedule provided in November 2011. Rizhao has also issued a conditional notice of termination of the agreement pending arbitration on whether the breach is deemed to be material, and if so is it unable to be remedied, and also has indicated it will be seeking unspecified damages.
