Had a decent read (for a friday night after some wine) and not too fussed about the related party transaction stuff- Andrew Mortimer is not mentioned (particularly in the key management personnel disclosures - which is what I was worried about) apart from his shareholding at the end, and although superstructure is mentioned there's only a pretty small $$$ involved. These commitments were in place since admission, so that's not new news. Lia resigned in April. Thumbs up.

Auditors put a pretty standard going concern disclosure in, despite the company NOT having a negative working cap position like many explorers, which is good. However their disclaimer on the Chile info is not great but necessary I guess so that the shares can start trading again. Would've preferred no disclaimer at all, so i'm not ecstatic with that.

No impairment of capitalized exploration expenditure which is great. Means all their tenements are still good.

Will take a more detailed look over the weekend.
