Few things that stand out for me in the annual report : the mention of "potential game- changing nature of the invention"
Obviously an innovative upgrade to the existing device , no differnet to upgrading any type of model based on existing trials whether it be a phone , car , software etc.
The other thing is $500,000 of forecast sales - one hospital - WOW!!
I can see why they want to move as quickly as possibble for the patents.
The other thing thing is they are already in discussions with distrbutors in the US. , to me that is a sign that the US deal is happenning for real and are in the process of fine tuning the logistics.
6-9 months is not a long time and all it takes is a pen to paper deal to move the SP whilst production planning is made.
