Its not really the MDL itself that is of significance rather the indication of progress.
If you set out consecutive milestones and achieve them you inspire confidence.(prob stating the obvious, dont mean to sound condescending).
Already with the JORC there was significant delay, albeit out of the control of eer.
I would be fine with any commitment to mine development. Been with these guys for ages, maybe too long (was around when they rocketed to 70c). But that was back in the day just after Noble had just joined up and things were ticking along like clockwork.
