The material liquidity risk for the Group is the ability to raise equity in the future. The Company will need to raise further funds within the next 12 months to continue as a going concern, refer to Note 1(b). In the past,
the Group has raised sufficient capital to fund its operations but is however, at the risk of financial markets to fund its operations.

So "likely" is removed, now they definitely "need" to raise further funds in the next 12 months.
